    I read your post on Medscape. I have tried CBT a little bit, but I always find the really tough part not coming up with patterns of more positive thinking, but actually taking these thoughts seriously. Do you rely on a lot of reiteration of each positive thought to believe yourself? I always find myself mentally debating with myself.

    P.S. I do not know anyone who at least doesn’t slightly dread blood draws on obese edematous patients. We finally got a few tubes from the foot of the last patient I had like that.

    I enjoyed that post. I think everyone could benefit from from CBT. I’ve been trying to use it myself when I’ve feeling very stressed out.
