Running and Meditation

Thanks Mezzomedical for sending this! This is EXACTLY what I’ve been trying to say!

“To practice running and meditating and to bring yourself into the moment, Rinpoche suggests to start with loosely concentrating on the striking of your feet and your breath, using the striking of your feet as a constant.”

And speaking of, I had an AMAZING run this morning!
