Birthday Bliss

Yesterday I celebrated the day that I made the transition from uterus and breathing amniotic fluid to the “real world” breathing “air.”
It ended up being a fantabulous day.
And one that re-taught me the valuable lesson that friends and family are the most valuable things in a life.
My friend and boyfriend kidnapped me, blindfolded me, played scary music at me, made me walk into bushes, scared the poop out of me and then….brought me to a surprise birthday party.
The party was exactly what I needed. And apparently, so was the torture.
Growing old is funner with so many wonderful folks around. Thanks to all of you!!
